Delane Lee 1968 - 1970. By the time of the Paragon Dances at the War Memorial Hall in Takapuna (1970 Auckland Star newspaper clipping above), Kimber (who wanted to play jazz) and Haagh (who wanted to play Guggenmusik) had departed the band, the latter being replaced by Bruce Beesley. Upon Alan Stevens departure, Rick Warren fresh from Christchurch band "The Heritage" took his place after an audition held at Moller's Barn at Oratia in May of 1970. This new lineup named themselves "Amber"
