About Me

Hi Rick Here, I was born in Christchurch New Zealand late 1940s, My mother was a keen musician who had previously played clarinet and Flute in the Hutt Military band as a teenager, so I learned the score at a young age.

1959 Guitar lessons one year - 1963 - 1965, Drum Lessons Leon Jayet (above the old Beggs Building Christchurch) Two Years.

The rest is history, been in bands ever since, enjoyed every minute of it, play most instruments but master of none, never professed to be any kind of singer was a case of "having to" doing your part in the band.
